1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CyberShieldX services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

CyberShieldX provides AI-powered cybersecurity solutions including but not limited to:

• Lead generation services
• Online advertising promotion
• Social network integration
• Threat detection and response
• Security monitoring and analytics

3. User Responsibilities

Users of CyberShieldX services agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when requested
• Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials
• Use services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempt to circumvent security measures
• Report any suspected security vulnerabilities

4. Payment Terms

Payment for CyberShieldX services is structured as follows:

• Social Media Leads: $30 per qualified lead
• Search Engine Leads: $65 per qualified lead
• Premium Channel Leads: $100 per qualified lead

Payment is due upon delivery of qualified leads. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days written notice.

5. Service Level Agreement

CyberShieldX commits to:

• 99.9% uptime for monitoring services
• 24/7 threat detection and response
• Lead delivery within specified timeframes
• Professional support during business hours

6. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your data and privacy. Our data handling practices include:

• Encryption of data in transit and at rest
• Regular security audits and assessments
• Compliance with applicable data protection regulations
• Limited data retention periods

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of CyberShieldX services are owned by CyberShieldX and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

CyberShieldX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all rights and obligations shall cease except those that by their nature should survive termination.

10. Modifications to Terms

CyberShieldX reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the service interface.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
